I got a great deal, he worked with me through the process, and it was painless and stress-free! "I would like to thank Ken Berry! I was having a slow leak in one of my golf cart tires. After having no luck with three (3) local tire companies, I made the trip to Willis and met with Ken. After he and another employee did a complete inspection of the tire/wheel, he said they were unable to find a specific issue. He told me that he would order a new tire/wheel from ICON and it would be under warranty. It took a couple of weeks to get it into their shop, but I picked it up today. I was so impressed with Ken. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to find a company with excellent customer service and wanting to ensure that their customers are well taken care of. "Don’t even shop anywhere else! I have purchased 2 golf carts from them now. They go out of their way to help you and I live 50 miles away. I always recommend them to my friends and family. Update: I just got a letter about a factory recall. They are coming all the way to my house to fix it. Granted it needed to be scheduled when they were in my area. Totally understandable.
